Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Sale items, damaged products, and used items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days.
• MERIAL & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.
